At Lavish Diva, we want our customers to shop with confidence and comfort. Please read our Return & Exchange Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Exchange Policy

We offer 7 days exchange policy from the date of delivery.

If you receive a product that is:

• damaged,
• defective,
• incorrect,
• or different from what you ordered,

you may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your parcel.

2. Delivery Time

Orders are usually delivered within 3 to 5 working days.

Delivery time may vary slightly depending on your city, public holidays, weather conditions, or courier delays.

3. Products Eligible for Exchange

Exchange will only be accepted if:

• the item is unused,
• unwashed,
• unworn,
• in its original condition,
• and with original tags/packaging intact.

4. Non-Exchangeable Items

As Lavish Diva deals in ladies’ undergarments, we strictly follow hygiene standards.

For hygiene reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

• used items
• washed items
• tried-on items
• items with removed tags
• items without original packaging
• items damaged by the customer

5. Exchange Request Procedure

To request an exchange, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and share:

• your order number
• clear pictures of the product
• and, if possible, a parcel opening video

This helps us review the issue quickly and provide the best solution.

6. Wrong or Damaged Item

If you receive a wrong, damaged, or defective item, Lavish Diva will arrange an exchange after verification.

In such cases, exchange approval will be based on the evidence shared by the customer.

7. Size or Color Exchange

If you want to exchange a product due to size or color preference, the exchange will depend on stock availability.

In such cases:

• the customer may be required to bear the exchange shipping charges
• the product must meet all exchange conditions mentioned above

8. No Refund Policy

At this time, Lavish Diva does not offer cash refunds.

We only offer exchange in eligible cases.

9. Sale Items

Products purchased on sale, discount, bundle offers, or promotional deals may not be eligible for exchange unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

10. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.

Once the order has been shipped, cancellation will not be possible.
